Reasons I keep motivate to exercising at home

So no gym? Have you found yourself slacking on your work out routine?

Its ok it is common and harder for people to work out from home 💖 

Here is what I have learned to keep motivated:

1. Exercise feels good so I continue it. I remember all the stuff I did at the gym and mix it up with online work outs ! I feel good afterwards! 

2. I remember exercise is great for treating depression and anxiety. So I continue to develope a routine.

3. It’s good for over all health , so I tried to work out 5 days from home, alternating leg , arms and full body. 

4. It is fun and help me to keep in the moment !
