Often I write about boundaries with other people. However it is super important to have boundaries and limitations for yourself in regards to how much you tell people, how much are you willing to give, how much you can work without burning out, learning when to say “No.” and what behaviors are you willing to except from others or not in your life and what you want to change about yourself.
It so important to remember that developing these boundaries take time, trial and error and readjusting to a person or situation. Boundaries are never set in stone and flexible.
The way to do this is to become self aware, know yourself very well and it will become easier to strength your internal boundaries and your personal relationships.
