The Self-Care Flies: Boundaries

Personal Boundaries are super essential for healthy relationships without them, you are at risks of being taken advantage and can easily take a tool on your mental health and there for your protection.

They way I set boundaries for myself is how I think would I feel if this done to me, if I do not like it, I set them and they are also based off my morals and values as a human being. I makes sure my needs are met in each relationship. There is nothing wrong with establishing boundaries, it’s healthy. You have to also respect others boundaries always no exceptions.

To have boundaries, shows you care about yourself and others.
