The Mental Health Flies: Disconnecting

Being online or connected too much is not healthy.

I am a big fan of disconnecting and fostering in person relationships. Being connected with people leads to less isolation and feeling more content.

Always being online all time increase the risks of depression.

So do yourself a favour disconnect and enjoy life.
