Calm App Review Day 6

In this session they talked about self acceptance. It about how we are so critical of ourselves and how we can change it. By just being grateful for the positive traits and for our working body.

The session goes on to say that we need to accept our body and our flaws to be grateful for them. To see the positive in everything.

Was really good session . I fell straight asleep after the mediation , that is always a good sign.

Last day today and I’ll be finished the 7 day Review !
