This sessions focuses on expressing gratitude with in challenges. Yes, by choosing to find a positive in the negative. To me this means be grateful you that you can experiences these hard time as it can teach you a great lesson and to know that any challenges you face from then on can prepare for becoming a stronger person.
In my case disappointment is teaching me that, sometimes I need to always stick to my gut and I am grateful my gut was right.
