7 Days of Gratitude Day 2 Review

Great second session. This time it focused on improving our health . The session went into detail about the positive effects of mindfulness benefits your health . This is new to me, but it essentially said that Gratitude reduces stress which in turns gives more support in fighting disease, support our multiple systems. It improves our sleep too!

Today we gave thanks to our body and the fact we can ! Can’t wait for day 3.
