Balancing Blood Sugar Tips: It’s hard but so important

Hey you with insulin resistance: you first priority is you. Don’t know how to balance blood sugar, learn it so important. 

Here some tips: 

Stick to whole foods (Organic if possible) eat a quality sources of carbs(Sugar) protein and fat. Fat sources souls mostly be monounsaturated, some polyunsaturated and some saturated. Every in moderation.

Eat every 3-4 hours to keep your body sustained and do strength training everyday for at least 30 min and No more than 15 min HITT a couple of  days per week. 


Get adequate sleep 💤 and keep stress low.
