Relaxation: It is important ❤️

We are often in a rush, especially here in the west. We must get this done now, we must be this now. We must work long hours to get what we want, we pride ourselves on productivity. Nothing wrong with it but we also need balance or we our bodies will stop working.

If your use to go, go and go but finding yourself becoming  burnt out, then it is time to change.
Start that change by taking hour day for relaxing, that is complete relaxation, mindless and focus on relaxing your body and mind. Think of it as preventing dis-ease in your body. If you do not your body will do it for you!
