The Independent Women Flies: Remember your worth

Self-worth is based on our self-esteem.

Our self-esteem is fluctuates. When presented with challenges that makes us feel uncomfortable or people who makes us feel no so great.

We tend to allow their actions to affects us internally.

So here a few things, you can do to remember your worth:

  1. Affirmations
  2. Meditation
  3. Eating and sleeping are priorities
  4. Taking a break from it all
  5. Remembering my mantra
  6. Talking to people (side note: I started having feeling of hopelessness and giving up…so I talked to people. Trusted) If you have these feeling talk to people always. Even the strong have this feelings from time to time.
  7. Reduce stress
  8. Pet animals
  9. Be proud of who you are
  10. Forgive yourself and move on
  11. Let it go
