What are your relationship like with others? I mean with everyone not just romantic partners. Your relationship in life define who you are. Are the friendship meaningful, do your friends encourage you to be the best version of you? Does your partner? Things to think about:

1. A healthy relationship is based on unconditional love with conditional trust and respect and support.

2. There is always a give and take. Takes 2 to tango in a romantic relationship or friendship, do not sell yourself short.

3. It’s not selfish to ask for your needs, if your always giving it can really back fire.

My golden rule is that is a relationship/friendship is bring out the best in yo and the the other person, then time to end it or back away.
