I feel really relaxed ! The voice on this app makes you feel safe and with that you just zone out. They mention about feeling grateful for the moment which is important for our health, bodies.
Then towards the end they ask you to picture someone your grateful, I chose mom. Mom has been my number one supporter since 1990.
To end the meditation they ask to name 5 things to be grateful for, so here is my list:
1. Supportive family members
2. My close friends
