Happiness means something different for everyone. It could mean having lots of money for one person and good company. The thing with happiness is that it can’t be forced. You are either happy or unhappy with things. To say you can create happiness is a misdemeanour and dangerous, again happiness just happens. Just like sadness. What you can do is promote actions that increase the likely hood of you feeling happy. Self Care, is love and happiness, but also studying a topic of interested, investing time in others, being grateful. Don’t feel pressure to always be happy, the less fixate on the idea of happiness the more time your body a chance to actually do steps to promote . Remember true peace and happiness does happen over night.
